Southern France. Also called Field Greens or Spring Mix, this classic green salad mix originates in the South of France. It consists of a mixture of seasonal young leaves such as red and green oak, red chard, mizuna, red and green coral and mignonette. Sweet and crunchy to taste. Great in salads or use for gourmet sandwich filling. Available year round, with a peak growing period from spring to autumn.
